official confirmation from Valve stating that the map "Cache" will be released in to Active Duty by the stated date. For the purposes of settlement, this market will result in "Yes" if, and only if, the map has been officially released into Active Duty by the stated date. If Valve post a statement stating it will be released into Active Duty on any date subsequent to that stated in the market, this will result in a "No" settlement regardless of when the statement is made.
