the New York Times, the primary exchange’s official listing page and/or a consensus of credible media reporting. For the purpose of settlement, should Ledger not proceed with an IPO before the stated date, this market will result as a "Loss". Otherwise it will be settled based off the official closing price for Ledger's market capitilization on its first trading day.
