using Zillow housing data. This market refers to the U.S. state or district with the highest year-on-year percentage increase in home prices during calendar year 2026. Settlement will be based on Zillow’s reported 1-year percentage change in home values, measured from 31 December 2025 to 31 December 2026. Zillow’s state-level Home Value Index (or equivalent published metric) will be used for settlement. Washington, DC is treated as a separate selection from U.S. states. If two or more states record the same highest percentage increase, the state listed first alphabetically will be settled as the winner. If Zillow data is unavailable or materially revised, Duelbits reserves the right to use an alternative reputable U.S. housing data source. If no reliable data is available, the market will be void.
