The Cashback amount that customer may qualify for is equal to 10% of the total amount of the player's losses in the Sports section during the qualifying period (from Monday (00:01 UTC +0) to Sunday (23:59 UTC +0)). The total amount of losses is defined as the total amount of bets minus the total amount of winnings, minus any bonuses' amount credited and withdrawals made during the qualifying period, and minus the current balance at the time of the cashback request (including open bets).
